Crunchy Crunchy

Crunchy Crunchy is about a special kind of restlessness unique to babies who want to bite, scratch, tear, rip and scrunch anything in sight. From the innocent outdoor table to poor papa’s bearded cheeks – watch out for those naughty hands!

So, what is ガリガリ? Pronounced, gari gari, it is a cute Japanese expression to describe the sound of crunching. My son, Jammy, is growing up in a trilingual environment – exposed to English, Chinese, and Japanese languages. We like to introduce words from around the world into our poems.
